We rely on your generosity to
support the dreams of our children.

• $150 a month — $5 a day — $1,800 a year covers everything for a high school student 

This amount covers tuition, food, and lodging at a top boarding school, books, school supplies, school uniform, clothes, shoes, tutoring, vacation leadership-training workshops, housing during vacations, transportation, medical care, and counseling.

We give the students everything they need to succeed. We pay their school fees at the best boarding schools.  We buy their books, school supplies, school uniforms, clothes, and shoes. We provide medical care, transport, and emotional support to our traumatized children.  We feed and house most of our students during school breaks since they do not have enough to eat at home.

Our students receive intensive tutoring from teachers.  They attend workshops in web design, video, photography, writing, and leadership during school breaks. 

Tuition is higher in the top schools. To perform well at the best high schools, our students — AIDS orphans, child soldiers, child workers, and kids from refugee camps — require more support and tutoring.

Tutition is less in the primary grades. Younger students do not require as much tutoring and counseling. Clothing and shoes are less expenseive.

Our Total Care Approach Brings Results

•  Half of our high-school students attend the county's top eleven high schools, where they sit next to children of cabinet ministers.

• Eleven CFTF high school students ranked first or second in their class.

•  46% of our younger students attend Budo Junior, the top primary school.

•  New Vision, Uganda's largest newspaper, chose two CFTF students, , as top students. Only 11 students in the entire country were selected.

School supplies, clothes, and shoes for one child

• $5 a month — $60 / year
Medical care or books for one child

We need your help.
Please consider making a donation of $100 or $150 a month for a year to guarantee one of these children the educational and psychological support they need to recover and flourish. In return for a total care donation, you will receive a photograph of your sponsored child, and regular school updates.

If you can't give $100 or $150 a month, please give what you can.  All contributions make a difference.  We rely on the support of many people to keep these deserving children in school.
